Clara who reported her husband to the police for sexually assaulting her. Clara was referred to our Independent Domestic Abuse Advisor service, she said, “It was really helpful doing the Liberty course whilst going through the justice system, helping me understand the different behaviours and be able to protect myself in the future.”
