How to read:

Order: This is the order that the exercises should be completed in. You start with A1 and once all sets have been completed you can move onto B1.

Exercise: Name of exercise.

Sets: This is the total of sets for an exercise. If it shows 10 reps in the column to the right and 3 sets, this means that you need to preform 3 lots of 10 (reps).

Reps: This is how many reps you need to preform per set.

Rest: How long you should rest after each set in seconds.
