Salads are healthy and very easy to make

Ingredients

  • 1 Tin of Anchovy
  • 1 Large Handful of Mixed salad
  • 1/2 Yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1 Handful of Fresh olives
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Fresh lemon

Instructions

  • Place all prepared ingredients into a large mixing bowl and toss around for 30 seconds before serving and enjoying.
