• 200 Grams of Pork fillet
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic powder
  • 1 sprinkle of Rosemary (clopped)
  • 1 pinch of Oregano
  • 1 pinch of Sea salt
  • 1 handful of Green Beans


1.Place the pork into a bowl and add garlic, rosemary, oregano and salt. Mix the pork well until the they are covered with seasoning. Add the pork to a non-stick pan on medium heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning every minute.

2.Add 300ml of boiling water to a pot and add the green beans. Cook for 8 – 10 minutes.

3.Once cooked, remove the pork from the heat and put it to one side to cool. Remove the pot beans from the heat and drain the water. Add both parts to the plate and enjoy.
