Morning Energy Breakfast

This recipe provides you with the amino acids and fatty acids needed to allow you to kick start your day.



  • 3 Whole eggs
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Teaspoon of Olive oil


  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed inside. Scoop out the insides and place onto a plate.
  2. In a non-stick pan add the eggs, olive oil and turn onto a medium heat. Flip or mix the eggs after 2 minutes until they are cooked then remove the pan.
  3. Add the egg to the plate and sprinkle sea salt and black pepper over the top if needed.
