We will double our impact by creating better places where people can work, live, exercise and engage better than ever before. We will work more closely with Residents through forums and surveys, ensuring their voice informs our strategy. By 2025 we will have invested over £2.3m in our environments and created a ‘pride of place’ culture that will motivate people to reach their full potential.

We are creating positive impact and inclusivity for all through responding to the staff survey with organization-wide improvements, including an aspirational new Central Hub office based at Hatfield Hostel. A Project Voice Coordinator has been appointed to enable Residents to help shape plans.

Mission 25 is about changing ourselves, so that we can support the individuals and communities around us who need it most – ultimately transforming people’s lives in mind, body and spirit. Doubling our Impact might have started as a dream, but even in the first year, we’ve seen a significant uplift in the way we work and the kind of outcomes we have achieved.
