Wellbeing
Key elements of the programme
- Empower young people by supporting them to take responsibility for their attitude, choices and behaviour, with the opportunity to develop their resilience.
- Equip young people with the knowledge, skills and tools to achieve better outcomes in their personal, social, academic and professional wellbeing.
- Assist young people to discover the options to practically overcome different issues they may face in their day-to-day life.
- Inspire young people to fulfil their potential in mind, body and spirit.

Key elements of the programme
- Workshops and skills development sessions for dance.
Regular talent shows. - Develop digital recording skills.
- A space to explore song writing, poetry, performance, public speaking.
- An academy for young people looking to learn and grow skills and experiences in creative arts, run in partnership with local arts providers.
