About Us

Signpost is fully committed to the continued provision of counselling, coaching and other support to help young people aged 10-25 and living in Hertfordshire overcome problems in their lives.

Counselling provides a safe space for you to process feelings and experiences in which the counsellor will help facilitate your journey. Counselling allows you to reflect on your experiences, identify patterns of behaviour or explore coping strategies to help you navigate everyday life.

We are a team of 15 counsellors, 4 clinical supervisors, a therapeutic service manager, a dramatherapist, a play therapist, and a cohort of trainees. All of the team are highly experience and have a diverse skilled background in supporting and working with young people and their mental health.
