One YMCA offers a safe place to talk and get help through guided groups, mentoring, counselling, mental health services, chaplaincy, and domestic and sexual violence survivor support.

Housing
Providing a home and personalised support services for a fresh start in life. One YMCA offers supported housing ranging from 16-18-year-old care leavers to a five-stage dynamic pathway to independence in large and small hostels and multiple occupancy houses for residents with different levels of support needs.

Support and activities from pregnancy through to primary and secondary school age, One YMCA helping to create positive outcomes for children, young people, and their families across communities.
