This Christmas, we’re thrilled to be apart of the Big Give matched funding challenge! From midday on Giving Tuesday, 3rd December, to midday on 10th December, every donation you make will be doubled, up to an amazing £10,000.

Young People Are in Crisis – ONE YMCA Is Here to Help
Today, more young people than ever are struggling with their mental health. Nationally, one in five individuals aged 8–25 faces a diagnosable mental health condition. Closer to home, a staggering 33% of students in Hertfordshire express significant concerns about their mental wellbeing.
With NHS services stretched thin and wait times for support growing longer, too many young people are left to navigate this crisis alone. Months without help can lead to devastating consequences, leaving them isolated, anxious, and at risk of worsening conditions.
At ONE YMCA, we refuse to stand by. We’re dedicated to creating a lifeline for young people, offering the support they need when they need it most. Together, we can build a brighter, healthier future for our youth.
