Welcome to One YMCA Corporate Connect Club … a truly unique opportunity for you to genuinely change (and save) the lives of some of the most vulnerable in our community!
There is absolutely no doubt that you are already a leader in your sector, expert in your field and clearly the go to for everything you do. Whether that’s finance, legal, technology or any other industry, we know you already stand out, but is there something else? Corporate Connect Club is exactly that, it’s the platform for you and your staff to truly have an impact in changing (and saving) lives.
The computer-age and information-age have been, and to a greater or lesser extent gone. Whether it’s graduate recruitment or competitive advantage, the new age, the values age, is more about the why and what in everything we do.
Again, the Corporate Connect Club is a route to expanding your organisation’s impact far beyond the specifics and sector-leading delivery of your core sector. It’s your route to proudly wear (literally) the badge of your organisation, genuinely and actively changing (and saving) lives.
What is the Corporate Connect Club?
It’s an opportunity to get involved through a commitment at one of five core levels, all of which are open to every organisation and with no inaccessible levels or restrictions. This is about giving everyone and every organisation a chance to add value and change lives in their local community.
The starting point is to simply wear the badge and highlight your commitment to making a difference, by joining our One YMCA One Business Community.
That is just the start though, and by getting even more involved, by committing to our bronze, silver, gold or platinum levels you will truly be contributing to, influencing and delivering life-changing (and saving) work in your community.
One Business Community: open to all
All we ask is that you listen, share and promote all the amazing work our teams do across all of our areas. As well as supporting us more generally, with examples from our other Corporate Connect Club members with things like provision of free meeting space, pro-bono advice, direct sponsorship.
As a minimum, we ask all of our Corporate Connect Club members to commit to:
- Organising and promoting at least 1 fundraising event per year
- Hosting a minimum of 2 in-house Corporate Connect Club activity days
- Introducing us to our next 3 future Corporate Connect Club members
- Highlighting and celebrating your involvement with Corporate Connect Club across all of your media platforms, e.g website, internal comms and social media
- Supporting your team to get involved by facilitating volunteering days
In return, all of our Corporate Connect Club members will:
- Be highlighted and promoted on our website, social media platforms and newsletters for the life-changing (and life-saving) work you are supporting
- Receive ongoing communication and updates about those you are now supporting, via our supporters newsletter
- Be given priority access to Corporate Connect Club social and team challenge events throughout the year
- Be invited to a quarterly share and celebrate event, including a story from a service user and support worker and the chance to meet our CEO and Exec team
- Be recognised with a name plaque or logo on a donor board if you sponsor a designated room/area
Bronze: £250 pcm +VAT
Our Bronze Corporate Connect Club members commit just £250 per month to provide real tangible support across all areas of our work. This small amount means they genuinely help us to tackle homelessness, end rough-sleeping; support victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence to start a new life and create life-changing opportunities for young people in our community.
In return, all of our bronze Corporate Connect Club members will receive:
- All One Business Community benefits
- An invitation to a 1-hour exclusive networking opportunity before the share and celebrate event
- Sponsorship opportunities at local events
- Sponsorship opportunities in our Annual Impact Review
- An invitation to a Corporate Connect Club annual conference for you and a colleague
- An opportunity to join our Mission 25 connect groups with staff, volunteers and service users, e.g. Choir and Mission RUN
Silver: £500 pcm +VAT
Our Silver Corporate Connect Club members will see the difference that working together really can make in the communities around us and take the next step by providing £500 per month. As a result, we’re able to meet more of the needs of some of the most vulnerable communities right across Herts, Beds and Bucks.
In return, all of our Silver Corporate Connect Club members will receive:
- All One Business Community benefits
- All Bronze Corporate Connect Club benefits
- A showround of service areas and the opportunity to meet service users and front-line staff
- An opportunity to showcase your business with banners, leaflets, presentations at our Corporate Connect Club networking events
- An opportunity to sponsor internal awards and attend events
Gold: £1000 pcm +VAT
Our Gold Corporate Connect Club members demonstrate their commitment to the communities around them by contributing £1000 per month towards the invaluable work that our teams deliver. They are personally responsible for helping us to end rough sleeping in a number of areas that we operate and helping us support over 120,000 local people each year.
In return, all of our Gold Corporate Connect Club members will receive:
- All One Business Community benefits
- All Bronze Corporate Connect Club benefits
- All Silver Corporate Connect Club benefits
- An Invitation to sit on a VIP top table at the share and celebrate event
- An opportunity to present at our One YMCA annual staff and volunteers conference
Platinum: £2500 pcm +VAT
Our Platinum Corporate Connect Club members will see the real benefits of investing in the communities around them, using their £2500 per month to create a level of social change and opportunity that otherwise would simply not be possible. Our Platinum Corporate Connect Club members are helping us to double our impact for the people who need it most across Herts, Beds and Bucks.
In return, all of our Platinum Corporate Connect Club members will receive:
- All One Business Community benefits
- All Bronze Corporate Connect Club benefits
- All Silver Corporate Connect Club benefits
- All Gold Corporate Connect Club benefits
- An invitation to a 1:1 breakfast, lunch or dinner with our CEO
- An invitation to join the One YMCA team at external awards events
- An invitation to present at one of our trustee meetings
