Dynamic Pathway to Independence: #Stage2
The Intensive stage focuses on specialist, 24/7 person centric support. We have specialist background support workers who will provide trauma-informed support instead of just housing support to ensure residents have a safety net to open up. These specialists include specialist substance misuse, specialist complex needs and specialist offending background support workers to help people progress through both their good and bad days.
This stage provides constant support to allow these vulnerable individuals to start getting their lives back on track and to introduce them to everyday normalities to encourage them towards full independence.
