We offer free and confidential practical and emotional support to both children and adults who have experienced rape, sexual violence, sexual abuse or childhood sexual abuse โ whether recent or non-recent. Our ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) Team aims to help give you the confidence, support and information you need to take control of your situation and move forward.
We are not part of the police, NHS or any other public service. We are a Registered Independent Charity that support survivors of sexual violence.

For a forensic medical examination, you can contact your local SARC โ Sexual Assault Referral Centre.ย They offer free, confidential healthcare and compassionate support to people of all ages that have experienced sexual assault including rape in their lifetime.
