We are working with young people aged 11-16, to help them improve their physical fitness and mental wellbeing through a programme called Teen Flex Zone. The wellbeing programme includes using the equipment in the gym, working alongside a personal trainer and one-to-one mentoring around mental health and youth issues, with a youth worker.

The wellbeing programme was started to help support young people’s mind, body and soul through physical exercises to achieve a healthy and positive outlook in life.

One of our participants, 16-year-old Mollie felt so inspired by her gym sessions that she wrote us a poem about it. We’re thrilled we can work with young people like Mollie to improve their wellbeing and outlook on life.
