MAKING AN IMPACT! The work at Charter House is well underway 🔨
Our Trustees were on site at our Charter Studios development yesterday taking a final look at what previously was our offices and commercial space ✅
Our construction partners, Willmott Dixon Interiors are starting the fit-out phase next week, which we’re told will make it unrecognisable in no time at all 🥳
The overall scheme, funded jointly by MHCLG, Homes England and One YMCA, will see us create 34 self-contained studio apartments for vulnerable, local individuals who were previously homeless or rough sleeping 🤝
We can’t wait to see the finished and very colourful new apartments which will complete our Dynamic Pathway to Independence, helping each individual to belong, contribute and thrive in their local community 🙌🌈
