Cannot be the same as above

In this page you can tell us about why you are looking for accommodation and the reasons why. This is to ensure we can provide you with the appropriate level of support.

Don't worry if some answers do not describe your personal circumstances, you can discuss these with a member of staff at your appointment with us.

These are the last six questions of this form.
Part of our application process is to have a risk assessment for all applicants based on the information they provide and information from other agencies. This could be from social services, police, mental health teams or any other organisation you might be receiving support from. This can be discussed at the meeting you will have with a member of staff.
All questions now finished. Click the Next Page to read some important information before submitting.
