Onyx ISVA Policies
Following an open tender process by Bedfordshire OPCC, the ISVA and CHISVA services have been awarded to SERICC in consortium with Synergy East, starting on 1 April 2025.
We appreciate the impact that the changeover may have on the service, but ECP Onyx ISVA Service are working together with SERICC and Bedfordshire OPCC to ensure a safe and efficient mobilisation process. ย Synergy Eastโs service will focus on providing support to children, young people and adults, providing ISVA support and an offer of therapeutic programmes. As the service mobilises, Synergy East will work closely with broader services including the SARC, that are currently operational in Bedfordshire, to manage demand, escalation and victim needs effectively.
During the mobilisation period, ECP Onyx ISVA service will continue to accept referrals with the understanding that caseloads will be closed at a point in March 2025, in anticipation of the new service being introduced. As the mobilisation period progresses, communication will be released including information on criteria for eligibility, referral process and accessibility as well as any material changes to the service that partners in this ย system will require.
