Our wellbeing workshops run for six weeks each and are aimed at young people aged 11- 19. They explore various elements of their wellbeing and ways in which a young person can understand and manage their mental health.
The objectives of the six week wellbeing workshop:
- Empower young people by supporting them to take responsibility for their attitude, choices and behaviour
- Facilitate young people with the opportunity to develop their resilience
- Equip young people with the knowledge, skills and tools to achieve better outcomes in their personal, social, academic and professional wellbeing
- Assist young people to discover the options to practically overcome different issues they may face in their day-to-day life
- Inspire young people to fulfil their potential in mind, body and spirit
