Signpost Counselling

Counselling provides an opportunity for you to discuss your problems and any difficult feelings in a safe and confidential space. Having someone to listen to you and encourage you helps you to understand and explore your problems and find solutions. Counselling concentrates more on understanding the problem and its causes than coaching or mentoring.

A maximum of 8 group sessions for 8 children.

Group therapy offers young people an opportunity to develop social confidence and self-assurance. They can explore their feelings with other young people, develop better communication skills, and become more comfortable asserting themselves in social situations in their daily life.
